Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because AgentForge offers a free plan to evaluate the product before paying, paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, if you were charged in error, experienced a material service failure, or cancelled within 7 days of your first paid charge and did not meaningfully use the paid capacity, email us and we will review a refund in good faith.

How to request

Email support@aiskillhub.info with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
